hey azzer, been awhile!
gotta get this back on MY track....had some nice salmon for dinner....really like saukeye, coho is good too, altantic is like cat food-bleh....slowly fried in a bit of olive oil and some butter with some lemon and dill weed on top..... and a side salad of pasta with roma tomatos, corn and cucumber (and a nice sour cream style dressing). got some corn on the cob for the hamburgers I am making for dinner tomorrow....love corn (well gee if you lived out in the corn fields like I did when I was growing up it wasnt much of a choice). yup that should do it....now to go and eat the last brownie!

ah yes...dinner was hoggies with cheese and corn on the cob...yummmmmmmy!! corn on the cob is one of the best things about summer....ah...... hungry???

Never skip breakfast! Especially if you have to get up at 5am. Then breakfast is important since lunch might not be till 12!

lunch is at 11 for me unless we come in early or are stuck on a job til later. But yeah. Anymore i cant really make it that long without -something- in my stomach
